Feels Like Rita
Everything we encounter has the ability to focus or distract, draw or repel, obscure or clarify, and it isn’t always easy to know what will be until we engage. In Feels Like Rita, a radio is playing in another room with all the ballads of youth interspersed with the ballads born of honest community building. The shock of the new needs a soft place to land and become absorbed. Sometimes, that is written at 4:35 a.m. as the moon sets.
